Ranch seasoned cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced bacon, and deli turkey filling inside rolled-up tortillas cut into bite-sized pinwheel pieces for a simple grab-and-go snack, a quick lunch, or an easy appetizer.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together softened cream cheese with the dry ranch dressing mix. If the mixture is not creamy enough, add one or two tablespoons of milk.
Once you reach a smooth, spreadable consistency, mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon.
Lay out your tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spread even amounts of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. On top of the cheese spread, sprinkle on the chopped deli meat. Gently press it into the cream cheese.
Tightly roll the tortillas into logs. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the cream cheese to harden slightly. If waiting longer before serving, place the logs into a sealed ziplock bag.
Before serving, remove the plastic wrap. Using a serrated knife, slice the tortillas into one to two-inch-sized coin pieces. Serve immediately or keep cold until ready for serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within a few days.
Notes
* The number of pinwheels you are able to get will depend on how big you cut the finished rolls.
